Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened or show any signs of use
- Sale or clearance items
- Handmade items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thealtaredspace@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:
- Replacement
- Return authorization
- Partial store credit
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined. In cases of confirmed transit damage, return shipping may be covered.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and approved.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.
