Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75, as indicated at checkout. Promotions or discounts may modify this threshold.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
- P.O. Box addresses are accepted and will be shipped via USPS only
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us.
We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier. Final resolution will be determined based on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package must be re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Refused Deliveries
Orders that are refused at delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us in accordance with our Damaged Items policy to initiate a claim.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped once all items are available.
